Finally!!!

We have finally gotten around to finishing one major item from our wedding:

Frame our wedding certificate!

Here's a peek at the certificate beautifully framed in our dining room:

We used a great (but a little pricey) place in the Seattle neighborhood of Fremont called Frame Up. Highly recommended. They framed a beautiful piece of art one of Todd's friends made in college, and a mirror that belonged to Ara's grandmother. Good stuff!

It is so wonderful to finally have one of our favorite things hanging in our house. It is a wonderfuly reminder of a very special day with family and friends.

Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!

Seriously? Seriously.

Yup, that's right. We really do have a bouldering wall in our shed. More than a few of you were doubtful, I'm sure, but it's true!

Many, many thanks to Gabriel, Jill, Pat and Kate for the pretty awesome wedding gift of climbing holds, labor, and the brains to put this thing together. The prep/planning stage took some time, and we spent a few weekends doing all the hard work (and there is just a little bit of work left to finish 100%), but by and large it's done, and ready for climbing!

We are pooped after a looong weekend working on the wall, and re-organizing the shed, but enjoy these pics of our new toy. :) For more pictures, check out our Flickr site.

And we'll leave you with a fun picture from Halloween:
